Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States.

How long does shipping take?

If the item is in made and in stock, your order will ship within 1 business day.

If it's a custom made item, it will depend on our current turnaround time. It's typically 7-10 business days, but does change during peak seasons.

We typically ship items using the cheapest shipping available. If you need something sooner, you will need to request expedited shipping.

We use USPS and UPS to ship all our items.

How do I track my order?

When your item is shipped, you will be sent tracking information.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns on custom items.

Current in stock items for our store, we will accept returns as long as that item is active in our storefront. If you do not have a receipt, you will get it returned at our lowest sale price of the season.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed immediately. There may be occasions where you will need to wait 1-2 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

UPS Access Point

What is a UPS Access Point?

We take labeled packages that are boxed, taped and ready to go.

Can we accept a QR Code?

We CANNOT accept a QR code. Only a UPS Store can accept those codes. The closest is Omaha or Lincoln. We must have a label.

Do you have packaging supplies?

We do NOT have packaging supplies.

Please bring your package completely ready to ship. If you need to use our tape or need a label printed, we will charge you $2.50 each.

Can I buy a UPS label from you?

Separate from being a UPS Access Point, we will sell you a label. It is through our business shipping account that has nothing to do with being an Access Point.

General Questions

What is your turnaround time on custom orders?

It is typically 7-10 business days. If you need an item by a certain date, we will definitely work with you and take that into account.

If you need an item sooner, that is an option for a rush fee.

Very large orders may take longer, depending on our current workload.

Our peak seasons are in June and December. Any time before or after those months, our turnaround times can be a month or more, depending on your order size. So please plan accordingly.

I ordered in an online custom made store. When will my order be done?

We do not make anything from the online stores that have a deadline, until the deadline has been reached. Then you can expect your order 2-3 weeks AFTER that deadline.

If you ordered from an online store that is always open, it will be approximately 2 weeks from your order date.

It all depends on our current workload at the time.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please contact us to discuss your unique situation.

Do you offer on demand embroidery?

We specialize in on demand embroidery. We have many customers that sell products online and send us those orders. We then make and ship them every day.

If you're interested in this program, please contact us to discuss options and on demand pricing.

What services do you offer?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, vinyl, laser engraving and sublimation.

We are also have accounts to outsource printing promotional products and more.

Prices vary depending on decoration method, quantity and other varying factors. Message us to get a price quote for your custom request.

Do you make online stores or do fundraisers?

Yes, we have a software program that allows us to easily setup a custom online store for you. Whether it be for a sports team, business, or a fundraiser...we've got you covered!
